If you have a username and password to the ftp server that you are trying to connect to, fill in your username in the User ID: field and your password in the Password: field. If you don't know if you have a username or password, you probably don't. If you do not have a username and password and would like to connect to the ftp server anonymously, type in anonymous in the User ID: field and your email address in the Password: field. If you have a default directory that you want to view, fill in the directory name in the Directory: field.
Click OK and you will then be connected to the ftp server.
Select the files that you want to upload and then select Put File (Individual Accounts - please place files into the "public_html" directory). Select the files that you want to download and then select Get File. Make sure to transfer the files according to its file type. This is usually RAW DATA.
